Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or email.
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year's Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival – 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrival— 50% of the total rent is non refundable.
• Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival — 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival — 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.
Deposit Policy
• 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
• Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
• Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
• All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa Zee. Quiet and tranquil location. The view is unreal and I've never seen such beautiful sunsets. Loved my daily walks on the beach. Oscar and the staff were very helpful and made me feel at home. No request was too great for them and the kids had plenty to keep them occupied. Definitely recommend!

"A very relaxing atmosphere"
My family along with 3 others spent 10 days at Casa Zee. The very private house was secluded and gated which gave it a very exclusive feel. It hosted massive bedrooms, a very large common area with a Kings table, beautiful pool and the ocean feet from the property line. We had 4 families and more space then we needed. The staff were great and very respectful of our privacy. They were extremely accommodating with requests and information if you decided to head to town. The food was made fresh each day in an open kitchen and you had access to anything you wanted. We even caught some fish and the staff were happy to serve it. A very relaxing atmosphere. We will be making an annual trip here to get together with friends and family.

I usually not the review writer, but this one is a special place. To say that this place is very good, to say nothing. The right description would be magical! Guys the sunsets and sunrises were very special. Its like looking at those advertisements pictures from travel magazines, there are that beautiful. Very romantic and cozy, yet if you have a big group of happy and noisy people , like ours, this place is perfect as well. Not to mention the karaoke nights we did! It was so much fun! ( Shawn has a very good set up for that). The beach is the best beach I've been to and very clean just few meters away from the pool. And last but not least is the food and the beautiful bunch of people that work there. I would go back again many times for best vacations and unforgettable memories! Thank you very much Shawn and staff. Special thanks to Oscar for a truly amazing time!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
P.S., almost forgot to say about our fishing trip. We brought 1 big yellow fin tuna and four big mahi mahi back. Not expensive but very memorable! Loved it! ????
