Cancellation Policy
โข Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or email.
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year's Rentals:
โข Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival โ 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrivalโ 50% of the total rent is non refundable.
โข Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival โ 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
โข Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival โ 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival โ 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival โ 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.
Deposit Policy
โข 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
โข Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
โข Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
โข All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
โข The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
โข The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

"The property is very well kept and has great amenities!"
The property is very well kept and has great amenities, including the great pools (that we had all to ourselves), and Arrocito Beach which was just down the hill from the complex. Everyone we met at the complex was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. We booked through Bayside and got excellent support from Marce who was super helpful and replied to our many questions and requests immediately and always with a smile. When we were looking for activities for our group she set up our custom tours and had the big vans drive us. It nice to be able to customize it the activities for our family. Marce offered and gave great suggestions on things to do while we were there. Everything was very reasonably priced and the entire family agreed that the condos, and especially the outstanding service made it a great family vacation. We will absolutely plan another vacation at Cosmo!
