Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or email.
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year's Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival – 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrival— 50% of the total rent is non refundable.
• Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival — 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival — 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.

Deposit Policy

• 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
• Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
• Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
• All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

Can’t say enough about the Bayside staff. Incredibly professional and always available. When our first condo had a water leak Mari Carmen immediately found another. Then her team Miguel, Jazmin helped us move our luggage, food… That’s service!

We had an incredible week stay in this gorgeous condo at Ocean Cruz del Mar. Everything was in order and the Bayside Vacations staff were extremely helpful and easy to work with! The location can't be beat, taxis are a breeze and the pool area was great for a refreshing midday swim. We would recommend booking with them anytime!

Very spacious and clean! This unit is perfect for a group up to 8 with lots of privacy. Communication with Erin/Mari Carmen was prompt and exact. The security, grounds and pool were great! This condo is in a perfect location walking distance between two great beaches and a grocery store but away from all the street noise even during the busiest week of the year!

El condominio de Erin es tal como se muestra en las fotos y acomoda fácil y cómodamente a 8 personas. Fue muy amable y atenta a el momento de entregarnos las llaves y darnos indicaciones. En cuanto a el lugar no es muy cómodo para ir caminando a la playa además de ser pública. Cerca de el lugar hay varios restaurantes ricos.
