This house is set in a development with shared pool and a beautiful garden area. It is located in a very quite and safe area in La Crucecita, Huatulco. Only a 5 min. walk to the center of town where you can find shops, restaurants, bakery, internet cafes and the local market. There are two nearby beaches, Chahue and Santa Cruz, which are a 25 pesos (2.00 USD), 5 min. taxi ride, where you can enjoy food, drinks, swimming, water sports and lounging.

Cancellation Policy
โข Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or email.
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year's Rentals:
โข Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival โ 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrivalโ 50% of the total rent is non refundable.
โข Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival โ 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
โข Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival โ 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival โ 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival โ 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.
Deposit Policy
โข 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
โข Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
โข Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
โข All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
โข The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
โข The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

We enjoyed our time very much in the clean, private and authentic villa. It contained everything in good working order with enough kitchen utensils and dishes to prepare simple meals. The air conditioning worked perfectly and we really appreciated the nice little private back yard. Emilio was warm, friendly and very helpful when introducing us to our place. The location close to town centre was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go. The pool was clean and usually only occupied by ourselves! A truly great little spot!

We rented this 3 bedroom home in La Crucecita (property ID 64362) for 15 days in November 2022. Home was fairly well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. If you are looking to get into a home with a real Mexican vibe, this one has it. The pool was also quite lovely and clean and just 6 steps outside the front door. The home was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, yet such a quiet location. We once again rented through Bayside Vacations Huatulco, and were so glad that we did. They were very responsive to any questions and went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. We did have one water outage issue and they had it solved within half a day. Many thanks to Emilio and the Bayside Vacations Huatulco team with their friendliness, professionalism and attentiveness.
