Cancellation Policy
โข Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or email.
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year's Rentals:
โข Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival โ 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrivalโ 50% of the total rent is non refundable.
โข Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival โ 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
โข Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival โ 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival โ 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival โ 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.
Deposit Policy
โข 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
โข Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
โข Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
โข All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
โข The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
โข The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

"We had a wonderful stay!"
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for our family. Quiet, plenty of space, beautiful views and everything we could have asked for. We loved that there was a gym and games room right next door and easy access to the pool and rocky beach area to explore. Close to town, restaurants and shopping. The staff that worked around the building and security were super friendly. The Bayside staff were also wonderful to work with.
Weโre very grateful for our stay and hope to visit beautiful Huatulco and this area again soon.

We had a wonderful experience in Huatulco. This was our first time visiting this beautiful area of Mexico and we were very fortunate to deal with Bayside. Jazmin Corona (our Vacation Rental Specialist) was wonderful. Our rental property was stunning, private and in pristine condition with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean.
We felt so great and well taken care of. The team stayed in constant communication providing me and my wife with all the information we needed such as transportation, restaurants and activities around the area.
We are already planning our next vacation with them and hope to have another beautiful experience.
