Cancellation Policy
โข Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or email.
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year's Rentals:
โข Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival โ 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrivalโ 50% of the total rent is non refundable.
โข Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival โ 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
โข Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival โ 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival โ 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival โ 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.
Deposit Policy
โข 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
โข Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
โข Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
โข All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
โข The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
โข The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

"The space has just about everything you could possibly need for your home away from home"
Had a great vacation in Huatulco in the new Ziba Suites! The space has just about everything you could possibly need for your home away from home and some additional perks as in the roof top pool and BBQ section. The condo is located in the more touristy section and thus can get a little noisy at night if you have little ones...but thankfully it wasn't ALL night! There are many great restaurants within walking distance and most importantly the beach! Emilio was our contact from Bayside and he was incredibly kind, super helpful and very responsive...the main reason we would book with Bayside again!
