Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or email.
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year's Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival – 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrival— 50% of the total rent is non refundable.
• Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival — 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival — 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.
Deposit Policy
• 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
• Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
• Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
• All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

"We are looking to return visits using Bayside"
We spent the month of February at Eleven by Cosmo property listing 82554. The condo was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, pots & pans and cooking utensils that made it feel like home for cooking. All the appliances worked well and the washer & dryer were very handy to have inside the condo.
Ceiling fans in every room including 2 on the balcony that we used daily. We loved the smart tv with Netflix and had great wifi service during our stay. Emilio was our contact rep. He handled our check in, check out and all questions during our stay promptly. We loved the pool area and how close the walk was to Arrocito Beach. So many great restaurants in the area for the nights you don't feel like cooking. He also arranged for our transportation to and from the airport. We are looking to return visits using Bayside listings.

Firstly let me say that communication and service was top notch from Bayside Vacations; from start to finish.
At the property itself, Emilio and Jazmin were excellent with everything from arrival to end of my stay; great balance of friendly and professional, thank you so much. Emilio also stocked my pantry with everything I asked for, which was so nice to arrive to after a long journey.
The condo was so nice with an incredible view from the large terrace. It was well furnished, large (so much space for just myself, but I can see 4 people being extremely comfortable here), lots of towels and linens also. There is also a washer and drier in the unit, which was great to have (just be aware that there is no laundry detergent provided, so you need to get or bring your own).
The large two tiered pool with a beautiful waterfall was super relaxing and a wonderful oasis.
Oceans restaurant is just steps down and Arrocito beach just a little stroll down the private little path.
All in all, a great stay. I will be sure to return.

Just returned from our stay at Eleven by Cosmo. (Condo: Severance B11-6) It was a perfect location and the condo had everything we needed!. Condo was close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. We were met by Emilio upon arrival. He made us feel so welcome. The condo offers great outdoor balcony, spacious and clean rooms. All rooms perfectly equipped. Emilio assisted in arranging our sightseeing . Bayside Vacations is the place to stay when visiting Huatulco. Bayside was awesome! Overall, Bayside took care of everything we needed and was so personal. It was a great experience. Our first time to Huatulco a hidden gem in Southern Mexico. So easy to travel to from CBX/Tijuana. Volaris Airlines offers nonstop flights to HUX

This is our second trip to Huatulco and booking through Bayside Vacations. The staff at Bayside has always been attentive and courteous. Having the driver pick us up and take us back to the airport was seamless. Groceries were stocked in the kitchen as requested. The unit is always spotless and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
