Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or email.
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year's Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival – 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrival— 50% of the total rent is non refundable.
• Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival — 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival — 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.

Deposit Policy

• 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
• Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
• Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
• All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

Our family of four used Bayside Vacations to rent a condo at Cruz Del Mar over the Christmas holidays. Miguel was our vacation specialist and he took care of everything we asked and he did so promptly and happily. The pool was quiet and we had it all to ourselves almost every day -- all day !! The property is a little out of the way -- this is both good and bad. It's good because the view from the top of the hill is gorgeous and you can happily watch and listen to all the hustle and bustle of the marina area. We enjoyed each sunset and watched a cruise ship port, disembark and sail away at the end of the day. It really was so cool! The negative part is that you need to cab it to most places. Cabs are easy and quick to get at the main gate (kudos to the attendants there ) -- they are always helpful, attentive and friendly !! We did walk to Chahue Beach a couple of times -- it can be done but it's really hot and you have to carry all your stuff!! It would be great if you could access the waterfront easier from this property -- it would be ideal!!

The condo had pretty much everything we needed including a blender and most kitchen items. The knives are very dull and need to be sharpened or updated. It would have been nice to have insulated cups for the pool but we managed ! Also, we had to buy soap for the shower and washrooms -- would have been nice to have this provided. The condo has beautiful furnishings -- a huge round table inside with a lazy susan top --- great for games and for passing around the salsa, guac and chips !!!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay -- thanks again, Miguel for all of your hard work !!!

Another fantastic stay at Cruz del Mar. Emilio from Bayside was our main contact this time and he was reponsive to all of our requests and requirements, and a pleasure to deal with. We love staying at Cruz del Mar and using it as our "base camp" to enjoy everything that Huatulco has to offer.
