Cancellation Policy
โข Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or email.
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year's Rentals:
โข Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival โ 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrivalโ 50% of the total rent is non refundable.
โข Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival โ 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
โข Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival โ 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival โ 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
โข Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival โ 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.
Deposit Policy
โข 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
โข Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
โข Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
โข All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
โข The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
โข The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

"Definitely will stay with Bayside again!"
We were very pleased with the whole process from our initial booking well over 7 months prior to our arrival. The communication was great as Bayside was always quick to respond to any questions we had regarding our unit. The unit itself was really well stocked with a lot of the little kitchen items one expects in their own home. The out door spaces were very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the upstairs outside patio and BBQ area. I also want to thank Marce, our contact from Bayside, who was just terrific and very responsive throughout our stayโฆshe was amazing.
Definitely will stay with Bayside again down the road.

Bayside and Marce from the property management department were fantastic to deal with. The property we stayed in at The Agave condos was well equipped and had everything we need to have a great stay. Bayside Vacations, have a good selection of rentals, the one we used this time was new and a very good location, I have been to Huatulco several times before and knew pretty much exactly where it was. Marcela our vacation specialist was more than helpful, arranged for the taxi, arranged for the COVID test to return home, answered all of my too many questions, was there to meet us and check us in and out. We had a few problems with the condo and contacted her and she got right on it and had the maintenance people over and took care of everything. If the owner, Erin, is reading this give her a raise. We will be back and will request that Marcela be our vacation specialist again.

I really like having a pool when you step outside. The beds are comfy pillows and beds. They have it stocked when you come in like pots, pans, some spices and more. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars.

"Home away from home"
Our first impressions of your home was: Wow! All the decorating touches made us feel like a home with love. Your wall โcomfortersโ are breath taking! How I appreciate anotherโs art. We loved having a pool close by, the outdoor space to read, meditate and simply enjoy the view. Our room had a very comfortable bed which allowed us a great sleep. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very well decorated and clean with beautiful views of the ocean, harbor and pool. The unit is very well stocked, above and beyond expectations. The beds and pillows are very comfy. Also, the property manager, Erin, is great to deal with! She communicates promptly and is very helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo as a great vacation rental.
