Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or email.
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year's Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival – 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrival— 50% of the total rent is non refundable.
• Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival — 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival — 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.

Deposit Policy

• 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
• Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
• Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
• All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

I highly recommend using Bayside Vacations Huatulco, their service is great. Cleaning, communication, and overall service met and even exceeded our expectations. Our listing 75689 was a great spot close to everything. I would use them again for my vacation rental!

This condo was amazing. The private plunge pool was such an awesome addition. The view and sunrise is stunning. Stars and moon at night.

We stayed at Agaves last week. The condo and complex was everything we hoped for. It's hard to believe these photos are real from the rooftop patio. I want to give a huge shout out to Marce at Bayside Vacations for all the amazing work she did in making our stay so great. She communicated with us before we arrived answering our endless questions with patience and grace. She kept in regular contact with us during our stay and quite frankly took so much pressure off us. The condo and complex are perfect for folks who want a quiet stay but are literally steps from all the action in the area.

I really like having a pool when you step outside. The beds are comfy pillows and beds. They have it stocked when you come in like pots, pans, some spices and more. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars.

Our first impressions of your home was: Wow! All the decorating touches made us feel like a home with love. Your wall ‘comforters’ are breath taking! How I appreciate another’s art. We loved having a pool close by, the outdoor space to read, meditate and simply enjoy the view. Our room had a very comfortable bed which allowed us a great sleep. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very well decorated and clean with beautiful views of the ocean, harbor and pool. The unit is very well stocked, above and beyond expectations. The beds and pillows are very comfy. Also, the property manager, Erin, is great to deal with! She communicates promptly and is very helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo as a great vacation rental.
