Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or email.
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year's Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival – 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrival— 50% of the total rent is non refundable.
• Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival — 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival — 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.
Deposit Policy
• 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
• Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
• Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
• All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Upon arriving to our condo we were all smiles...the decor, location and view, truly we couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. It was clean, offered everything we needed, from relaxing on the balcony, movie night and even XBox. Yes, my youngest played video games while on vacation, unreal. We loved the location, the space, the amenities, the pool and of course the view! We had a vehicle so it was easy to access the local markets and check out some of the sites in the area. The condo was very clean and the little touches such as grocery bags, pool accessories, coffee pods, DVDs, and towels were much appreciated. I would highly recommend!

El departamento de Erin es tal cual como se ve en las fotos, una decoración linda acorde a una casa de playa, es muy cómodo, amplio con aire acondicionado y ventiladores. El personal de Mantenimiento es muy atento a lo que requieras, Erin se mantuvo siempre atenta a nuestras solicitudes. El fraccionamiento es muy tranquilo y con vigilancia, nos proporcionaron espacio para estacionar 2 camionetas. La alberca esta muy cerca del departamento y muy bien cuidada. En la cocina tienes todo lo que requieres para una excelente estancia, con gusto volveríamos al departamento, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Our first time in Huatulco and so glad we were able to stay at Cruz del Mar! This is a fantastic location, excellent condo with spacious layout and modern appliances. The other tenants in our building or neighboring building were friendly and quick to assist us in places to see, best restaurants for the times you don't want to stay in to cook, etc. We so enjoyed chatting and the chance to get to know these folks during our stay The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the huge deck with outdoor grill, loungers and couch however there was no outdoor table which we knew before going. We received stellar service from Erin May at Bayside Vacation Rentals and also Miles.
