Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or email.
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year's Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival – 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrival— 50% of the total rent is non refundable.
• Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
• Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival — 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival — 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival — 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.
Deposit Policy
• 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
• Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
• Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
• All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

"La Bocana beach condos were absolutely incredible."
La Bocana beach condos were absolutely incredible. Great location to get to town and all the surf breaks in the area. Great for 4 people and even had a private rooftop with a pool and grill. Couldn’t have had a better trip and will for sure be back! Thanks to Emilio and Erin for making it such a great stay!

Beautiful immaculate condo, every amenity you can think of is inside. Tastefully decorated, the rooftop pool was kept very clean, and the shared pool was one of the cleanest pools I’ve seen in a long time. Great find!

Love La Bocana Condo 79014 -such a beautiful space-we had a amazing -hoping for next year-perfect place -furnishings were lovely and spotless. Own own pool was a bonus and the shared pool was a plus!!So close to the beach -wished perhaps a few new restaurants will be opening -its grown so much!! And the services we received from Emilio from Bayside were outstanding!! He brought in Sky T V for us to watch the Super Bowl game when it was thought it was in service at the condo-within 2 days!!Many thanks Emilio!!You were our hero!! Also set up our PCR tests -and ensured we left with the requested paper copys!!Peace of Mind for us!! And kept in contact with us-so appreciated-thanks for being there for all our questions! Amazing employee Bayside!! Everything done with a smile!! Best Wishes Emilio it was a pleasure to meet you!!! Hoping again next year!!
